The MeditateEEG app operates entirely offline and does not make network requests that would store or retrieve HTTP cookies, pixels, or similar tracking technologies. If we introduce online features in a future version that require cookies, this Privacy Policy will be updated before such features are released.

These data do not contain personal information and cannot be used to identify any individual. According to data protection laws, such technical identifiers are stored to ensure security and service functionality. Your technical identifier can be viewed in the app on the information page in the "Privacy & Security" section exclusively for technical support purposes.

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

You may also have the right to withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal information. These rights may be limited in some circumstances by applicable law. To request to review, update, or delete your personal information, please fill out and submit a data subject access request.

15. PAYMENTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

The app offers paid features via a monthly subscription. All transactions are securely processed through Google Play Billing. The app does not collect, store, or process any credit card or financial data. All payment-related data is managed by Google in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

Free Trial and Limited Mode. The app starts in a limited-feature mode that shows only the home screen and basic meditation playback. When you activate the 14-day free trial, all premium features become available. If the subscription is not purchased within 24 hours after the trial ends, the app automatically returns to limited-feature mode (no session saving or analytics) until a subscription is activated.

The standard monthly price is displayed in your local currency on Google Play before you confirm the subscription.

16. SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT

Users can manage or cancel their subscriptions at any time via their Google Play account settings. Details about the subscription terms, renewal policy, and cancellation procedure are available within the app and on the Google Play store listing.

After the trial expires (or if a subscription is canceled), the app reverts to a limited-feature mode that allows basic meditation tracking but with restricted analytics and history. Users can resubscribe at any time to regain full functionality.
